Thank you so much for so many spoilers! For the ones who want a summary about some details : 1. Spoiler: Elody's Birth Mother - Name : Adiana [MTL] - Appearance : Long silver hair like Elody that reaches her toes and black obsidian eyes - She was not a human but a Spirit - At first the Duke (maybe he knew the truth, not sure) and Aria thought that Elody's mother a spirit of wind as Elody shows some elemental powers of Wind but she is actually the Spirit King. - The Spirit King (Elody's mother) had abandoned her but then came back to take her again as she wants her to be her successor as Elody is more of a spirit than a human and she is actually very strong. - She pretended to be Mrs. Salamander aka Elody's Tutor. - She is VERY CRUEL like kills people for fun 2. Spoiler: Elody's Birth - One day when the Spirit was killing people for fun by having a unprecedented storm that caused the embankments to collapse and people were sweeping away, she noticed the Duke and said that a handsome man like him deserves to mix with the spirit to give birth to a amazing child. - The Duke dismissed it and cast out the spirits but the Spirit King didn't gave up. - The Duke doesn't get everyday wounds due to Black magic. The Spirit Kind not knowing this started trying to make him bleed like when the Duke was leaning on a tree ,he was suddenly covered with thorn vines, and his face was almost scratched drastically, or he almost stepped on a nail while visiting the vassal house. - For a child between a Spirit and a Human, it needs the blood of the Human. - With no success, she used a very unacceptable trick, she used the Transfiguration of the Duke's Mother (The grandmother of Elody who is in rural village and was a regular customer at Aria's Cafe) - When using a Transfiguration it doesn't mimic the exact same as they can't change their eye color. Unfortunately that day the Duke's mother had an eye disease and was wearing an eye patch - As the Duke was taking care of his mother as usual. At that time, his "mother" took the dagger out of her arms and stabbed him in the heart (very hardly because Spirits don't have morality.) - And after 10 months she actually THREW Elody in Duke's bedroom (he catched her) and saw a note that said that as she expected the birth of a powerful spirit, but now that a useless human baby has been born, he has to take care of it whether to kill it or save it.
