Random guess , Long = dragon, Tian is heaven. Not sure on Ao but i read it at Aoi just now and was thinking of a 'blue' celestial dragon. Anyway, being called 'dragons and phoenixes' is generally what they call the geniuses in like a top ranking of a new generation.
(might very well just be something like the son of heaven, being blessed etc.)

龙傲天 an Internet slang used to satirize some novels, comics or animations that are very strong at the beginning of the scene, do things without common sense, and can easily take out powerful enemies without thinking.

Origin of Mary Sue : Paula Smith observed an occurring habit among most women fanfic writers (of Star Trek in particular) to write their OC as a really smart and capable person that really changed the timeline of the Canon. This caused these writers to be unable to deliver the original characters' canon personality and identity. This instance inspired Smith to submit A Trekkie's Tale(1973) which was satirical in nature and introduced a female adolescent character called Lieutenant Mary Sue who was so ideal and perfect right from the beginning.

The magazine submission quickly caught the attention of the readers which then started the trend of coining fictional female characters having unrealistic and almost-without-a-flaw traits as Mary Sue.

Mary Sue/Gary Stu did not originate from Chinese readers or authors but some of them may have been one of those authors that inspired Smith.

it's kinda a joke or nickname for very op and just protagonist that would be super lucky/proud/talented/handsome/jack of all trades/good luck

just a over generalized character that is the best at everything. usually used to compair the characteristics of a character I think?
