    I have no idea what this part meant 踏燕似归鸿

    Just googling the phrase brings you to the poem "南来飞燕北归鸿", maybe it could be using the poem's imagery?

    踏燕 probably refers to this, particularly this part:
    归鸿 means 归来的大雁, as in "a returning/migrating grey/bean goose"
    so probably what this part is saying is the 盟主 moves through the air very quickly when using qinggong
