Please help me find this novel! It's basically a danmei novel where the couple participates in a marriage/love/dating variety show but they're not actually together. The shou came to the set alone then when the gong came to the set, he pretended to love the gong by hugging him. There's a part where they used snow mobiles and there is another mlm couple in the show and one of them is sickly and has a bad stomach. I can't remember if it's a full novel or an arc in a QT.
