Discussion What would you sing at Karaoke night?

I have never been to any karaoke place, so I guess I'll be one of those people that just sit back and listen to others sing.

 

I like Japanese songs
but I just sing along with whatever song I know the lyrics of, because that's fun

 

No I just can’t sing, especially in public no matter how bad everyone else is.

 

My advise, just add your fav sing to the playlist and wait your turn. If you didn't start, nothing will happen and your chance/money get wasted.

I have my favorite song but not many karaoke place have it unfortunately.
Its Leia by Yuyoyuppe sang by Megurine Luka and its counterpart Reon by the same composer and singer

 

One time we did karaoke, my 5yr old niece went to sing zombie and bad romance hahaha.
I'd say, you just enjoy yourself by putting songs you like and know.

Japanese song and My favorites are niji songs. Violet evergarden OP and ED. Shoujo rei. Oh and the classic upwards to the moon. Error and you and beautiful world. Trying to attempt Leia by yuyoyuppe but that two b5 at the end the song is the death of me I can sometimes reach it but it ain’t the most pleasant sound in town.Upwards to the moon high notes are also the death of me. Whitney Houston is fun too, I like “I have nothing” by her. I’m trying to learn how to sing there’s been a slight improvement but slowly but surely ig. Super bass is a troll song we sing. I like glow by keeno and if by MuryokuP. Japanese are hard for me so I usually play it in 0.75 speed to get the articulation of the words down. But karaokes are meant to be fun so just choose easy songs that you know and have fun with friends. Make sure you drinks lots of water~ . End of my word vomit

I usually sang anime openings/endings if I went to a karaoke that had them.

If the karaoke didn't have anime songs, then I just sang whatever song came to mind. Usually something in English from a band I like.

If you want to set a certain mood try singing some songs about how messed up our world is like Where is the Love, Waving Flag, Heal the World etc
