was the manhwa dropped? it says last chapter at ch.40 which makes no sense with how it ended and considering how many chapters the novel has

Can anyone spoil here the remaining part of the story that Webnovel didn't translate?
I'd really appreciate it. It bug me not knowing how the story ends.

I think so. They rushed through and ended the Manhwa, but it's very different than the novel. It's a bit disappointing actually.

Most likely given how rushed the ending was. Axing is very common for Japanese webtoons and mangas but quite rare for Korean webtoons. So something most likely happened in the background relating to the artist or publisher.

axing is common in korea as well. its just not noticeable because most axed series either got taken down after license expired, it was not translated in other languages or ended with a season and went on hiatus forever.
