made me wonder how much nuffians actually sleep in a day or do you we all have bad sleep schedules and if you feel horrible because of it
7.5 hours a day nowadays. Can't guarantee the quality, but hey, at least I have a fixed sleep routine to abide by, one which also eschews late hours; that by itself should be superior to most NUFfians' snooze schedules.
5 hours minimum, 8 max Anymore or less than that then I'll either turn into a Grinch or (esp if less & on work days) a coffee pot (keep 'em mug filled!)
On a good day I sleep at 1 am wake at 6:30am, on a bad day I sleep at ~ 2:30 am earliest I think I am ok so long as I get my ~1 hr afternoon nap from ~ 5-6:30pm
I have an awful sleep schedule, also awful sleep. I sleep during the weekends, 9pm-9am wake up, do whatever sleep until 1ish pm. Lunch sleep from 3 pm to 7pm. Idk why but recently I only get sleep in 3 hour intervals so during the week I usually get 3 hours of sleep a day. Even when I try getting like 6 hours of sleep in one eye shut I wake up halfway. Like last night I woke up thinking demons were going to storm my room and black arrows were going to fall down if I didn’t wake up. In the same night I suddenly believe in ghost and something is watching me sleep over my bed. even during the weekends I don’t get full sleep without waking up every other hour but at least it’s peaceful.
I strive to sleep by 12mn and wake up around 7 am (woah healthy lmao) but the second point LMAO it happens more often than I want it too where if I'm in the middle of a good novel so I stay up until 6 am and still have no choice but to get up at 7

If I had to go to work in the morning, I'll get in bed at around midnight-ish, but don't actually turn off the lights to sleep until around 2 am. The 1st alarm goes off at 7 am. I'm currently working from home, so I don't get out of bed until after the 2nd alarm at 7:45 + snooze to start work at 8 am. If I don't have to work, I'll go to bed at around 1-2 am, but don't actually turn off the lights to sleep until 3-6 am. Without the alarm, I'll wake up naturally at around 10-11 am.
Sleep is for the weak. I don’t have time to waste on sleep. You can sleep all you want when your dead. Now walk it off. We have things to do. Lol!
the no new chapter won't help much especially if it was like a very mean cliffhanger chapter lmao or a gutwrenching one. I can't sleep because I'm stuck thinking about it so I would be like "oh i'll just read another more fluffy novel to get my mind off of it" its a vicious cycle

I read books before bed, and then got too engrossed into it and that I ended up sleeping really late. I even had on incidence forgot to sleep and end up having to start school/work without any sleep time in for the whole day. Now, on average weekdays, is about 5hrs-6hrs. But, on weekends, I sleep for 10-12hrs to compensate.
My sleeping schedule is all over the place but the only thing that is consistent is my body alarm Whatever my sleep time is my body would still wake me up at 7-8 am
