I know that Russia has both European and Asian sides to it. I also know that a lot of Russians, perhaps more-so European-sided Russians, are or would be seen as "White" on American census surveys or similar. Of/on the Asian side of Russia's equivalents to what we call "states" and "counties" here in the U.S., which state-/county-equivalent would have a sizable pop. of Russians that would be seen as White on an American census card? Also, which Russian ethnic groups in the Asian side of Russia would have sizable pop. that are or would be seen as "White"? Note that I am not nor am I trying to come across as a White supremacist. I am just curious.

I know in recent years there has been a big emphasis in various industries in the U.S. to have more LGBT, non-White, and women workers. Sure, the practicality and logistics of that working is a mixed bag. However, from what you have observed from local offices that do this and is working for them but it is proven proven have that these offices hire(d) such people on experience and merit, what kind of industries is that? Now, sure there is likely to be some level of sexism, racism, and -phobia from even local workers at said local offices.

In a way people are like sheeps following the shepherd. Most believe whatever the news, the government, and social media say without a second thought. They just let themselves be guided, or rather they want to be, at some point thinking for yourself has become unnecessary. Why bother, when someone else can do it for you. Just stick a label on yourself and believe that you're different, that you're special, and not a mindless idiot.

 

The paved path is smoother than the untrodden path, everyone knows that.

 

But the hidden treasures can only be obtained by exploring the unknown.

I have not seen all of the 007 films nor have I read any of the Fleming book, so I am what one might call a 007 normy. I also get that the films deviate quite a bit from the Fleming books. For those that have read the all of the Fleming books and seen of the official 007 films, I ask you this: If Fleming's ghost were to appear and say "This actor is the most like how I created 007!", which actor(s) do you think he would be talking about? One thing I will factor in who which official Bond actor most resembles American composer Hoagy Carmichael, as Fleming did base 007's looks off of Hoagy.
