Chapter 199 is up! Summary: Maxi is being escorted by Yuri, Urslyn and Gabel. Maxi asks how long until they will leave for Anatol. Gabel said they could only leave Balbon after the victory banquet and swordsmanship contest meaning they will stay for a few more weeks at least. Maxi is trudging across the promenade and sees Quahel with some paladins with their luggage ready for hunt down the remaining dragonians. Maxi wants to thank Quahel but Yuri gets mad (so cute ) . They say their goodbyes and Quahel mentions "until we meet again, I hope that her limb and bodies remain intact" (Google translate so weird). Maxi gets annoyed and says bitterly "boy take care of yourself!". THEN, Quahel faintly smiles ( ) and leaves to hunt the dragonians. It switches to Riftan's POV and he gets invited to meet the Pope at this room which is the holiest in the 7 kingdoms with statues of Darian's knights. Some things may be lost in translation but looking forward to @kim rabbit and other angel's detailed summary.
