The ml is the red haired, the black haired is the duke, every time someone says that, it seems like fate wants to show them how wrong they are. There you have your black hair male lead,lol.

I looked at the comments on Kakao. This might be wrong because it was mtl, but.. Spoiler: Swann's identity apparently Swann might actually be the Duchess (the mom) disguised or regressed using a holy relic. Like the Duchess maybe faked her death and then disguised herself with the holy relic to be by Lillian's side? That's not totally clear to me in translation and might be wrong tbh, but Swann has some connection to the Duchess. Lillian is the real daughter, but Swann was acting as a decoy "real daughter" to trick the evil church that was plotting to kill her or something. So it seems like Swann was basically raising Lillian and preparing her with the knowledge she'd need in the future, and Swann intentionally sacrificed herself so that Lillian could survive and finally meet her father when he returned.
Spoiler: The Male Lead The male lead seems to be Theodore (red hair golden eyes), who grew up in the same orphanage as MC and was later appointed as the family Knight by the Duke.
I guess not quite, I skim read this novel a few months ago so my memory isn’t exact but Spoiler: Why swan looks like the duke and duchess Swan isn’t mcs mother Agnes. Agnes created a pendant using divine power to protect her daughter (mc) because she knew her daughter would be in danger . The reason why swan looks so much like parents is because when she accidentally touched the pendant she absorbed the powers which caused her appearance to change. Swan was actually supposed to die earlier than she did but because she touched the pendant she lived longer until the divine power depleted. Also her real appearance does not look beautiful like the duke and duchess , she’s just an average girl. As for mc and father, they don’t find out she’s his real daughter until the final 10 chapters of the novel but by then duke had already accepted her as his daughter even if she is fake. It’s a little sad because for a lot of novel mc never accepts gifts/ kindness for herself but always accepts and chooses things according to swans tastes and preferences as she doesn’t think she’s the real daughter. A lot of the novel has her grief on losing swan I would say the author was suggesting they were platonic soulmates
