if your pour it when it is off, no
if you turn it on before the alcohol evaporated, or the ps4 was on when the alcohol was poured in, there's a chance something'll break/shorted.

alcohol by nature are not electrically conductive. however, there's always a chance your alcohol will contain water due to storage/humidity

If it's 200 proof, it's probably fine, but if it's drinking alcohol, probably not fine.

Generally not a good idea I would think. Even if you can just let it dry out, it might leave residue that shorts something later.

if it's rubbing alcohol there won't be any problem as long as your system is off within 30-40min it should have already evaporated and be ready to use, but if have it turned on and some rubbing alcohol drops in you can risk a short since even rubbing alcohol has small percentage of water.

If it's liquor you better not turn on that ps4 it will break the safest method would be to open it and dry all the internals with a regular cloth don't use microfiber of any kind they tend to build up static it can short the board. after using a regular towel you can try using a blow dryer just to finish drying it all off just don't use to too close or on one spot heat can dmg something or you can create static if it's too close.

As long as the liquid doesn't have free moving ions, Ala if the alcohol has salt or minerals. If it does, you need distilled water and several wash dry cycles or you're going to short the electronic

like others said if it is rubbing alcohol you'll be fine but if it has a low percentage of alcohol or is the wintergreen kind when it evaporates it can leave a residue that can cause a short. The same goes for drinking alcohol of any proof below 90

the important thing is to remove all power from it and do not turn it on whatsoever until it is cleaned properly. it's not a guarantee that it will be fine but it'll increase it's chances of survival. either clean it yourself with distilled water or find a repair place near you that will properly clean it and tell them everything they need to know so they don't power it on and cause a short.
