Does anyone know a good denoiser app which doesnt need payment?

or how to put a noise gate on audacity?(cuz i am just not getting how to operate it T-T)

...it can dance but background ound cannot. especially not in my video

 

are you removing noise from the images in the video or from the audio track in the video?
In Audacity, after you export the audio track, you need to select a few seconds of the audio that contains only noise and nothing else, then go to the noise removal effect, click "get noise profile", then select the whole track and go to the effect and click "remove noise".

You'd need to export the audio out of the video, import it into the audacity, then run the noise removal effect a few times. You might also want to run "remove clicks" effect as well. Overall it works quite well, but if the audio is really noisy, I am not sure it will work.
Adobe has released a new AI-based tool just a few days ago, apparently, that cleans up audio and makes the speech sound really clear. Maybe try to get your hands on that one as well to try.

here is the quick tutorial on how to remove noise in audacity. The menu have changed very recently, but overall it's exactly the same thing.
