Oh, this took me on a trip down memory lane. Found myself smiling. I had/have multiple bad habits I was and still trying to break. Some I'm just regulating. Over-speeding in the freeway. It became instinctual and habitual when I had my first bike. It's fun and exhilarating when the road opens, no cars ahead. It's better when there are cars ahead because I can test my maneuvering (I sound like an asshole and indifferent of the possible danger of it to others, I apologize), but it took one instance of getting caught to get me to stop playing in the freeway. I only drive in the freeway these days to clear my head. Night drives are the best. Other days, I go to a track. Then I used to smoke multiple cigars a day, but I started smoking strong cigarettes after that. I used to finish an entire pack a day which is obviously not good. So I just started monitoring myself everyday. Now I'm down to just three sticks a day. Aiming to completely stop before the current year ends. Checking my ex (admitting this is quite funny). I was just getting tired of myself constantly checking what she was up to so I went to the Philippines for business. When I came back, I was all good. Just working these days.

I would start to hit on anyone of the opposite sex Did you fall back into it? Yes I did. Did you just give up? I lasted a couple of weeks, but that’s it. My girl just could not keep up
I have a lot of bad habits. I try not to force myself to break these bad habits because that might just aggravate them more by focusing on them. Instead, I take my time and work through them. I make progress, little by little. But progress is progress. As long as these habits don't affect anyone around you or yourself, then I think it's okay to keep them.
I have a bad habit of talking back to people. Definitely not the most appreciated habit in the workplace.
I have the bad habit of procrastinating a lot before getting work done. I'm still working on fixing this one. It's hard even with ADHD meds.
