They both agree that after the snow storm Illian will immidietly send crystall to the east when his nanny and his friend was but he fallen sick for 4 days which is led to Illian and milo to know about his gender Crystal know about Illian gender So before crystall aware of illian gender there are the scene where crystall come to the town to see the doctor with milo. There he met the old crazy lady then he have a little conversation with the old lady about where he live and he says in the castle. The old lady then tell her that she work on the duke castle abt a year ago then tell him the grand duke there is blunt and there are young master and lovely young lady. It turn out that a year ago the old lady said is actaully 11 years ago when the former grand duke is still alive. Here crystall get a little clue abt Illian gender but he forget it for a while since he is not yet suspect anything about Illian gender there also scene when crystall and jenny(the duke cheff) accidently found some potrait in the library. So crystall found out something strange abt the books there so he accidentally dropping all the books on the shelves onto the floor. Behind the shelves there is something strange abt the wall but crystall doesnt dare to look for it. So jenny take a look to it and there is a box contain several potrait. It was the potrait of the former duchess, the former grand duke and Illian brother and small potrait of a girl which is illian when she was around 13-14 years old but crystall doesnt recognize her so jenny tell him to save illian potrait and immidietly shoved back the box which is contain the other potrait Crystall aware of Illian gender when he met the old lady again in the town when he was outing with illian and he ask to the old lady about the young lady Pentrin name which is the same with Illian name and there crystall aware that Illian is a woman.

In the manhwa at the end of ch8 fl discovered ml real gender by undressing his top while he was sleeping as said earlier that was due to his fever he was bed ridden for days and fl noticed many strange things while looking closely at him his hand compared to her were rlly big and then noticed his chest.Milo who is the one has/makes potions in the duke palace when she examined ml she immediately noticed that crystal is a man fl told her not to tell anybody and it's between them only later on Milo threatened ml thu i still haven't finished translating the raws yet to know the full story but acc to the latest chapters fl now is suspicious of ml thinking he's a spy from rotary so fl is examining ml in silence and sometimes teases him same as on the first night fl tried to approach ml while she already knew the she was a he and started teasing him to end up saying she wouldn't be doing anything and that she was eunch
So what milo did is confront ml and threatening him to expose him to ilian (fl) as if fl didn't know already and made a deal w ml that she wouldn't expose him under 2 conditions First: he would quit drinking the drug Second: he would take a drug improved by her to test it on him The drug makes ppl around the person who takes it see them as another person for example different hair colour, other gender like hallucinates the ppl who see ml and recognise him as a woman Ilian(fl) used to take the same drug(the sooberry drug that ml was using not Milo's one) when she was close to her adult hood in order to delay/stop her period during battlefields which eventually led to her coughing blood and collapsed But ml didn't happen this to him cuz he started taking the drug when he was already a grown up (16yrs old) but ofc if he continued taking it It may put his life at risk I just hope Milo won't deceive ml any farther and have good intentions towards him.
