I find the idea of a story/manga revolving around the meme of the camera man recording intense anime fights very appealing. Someone would either be granted invincibility/super-speed as long as they’re recording/livestreaming a fight, or are just invisible/ignored. Having people react to how he’s actually filming there in the first place would great as well. How would you see this idea being played out?
Well the protagonist lives in a shounen like world where big epic battles happen all the time. There are always monsters, aliens, or something invading and trying to wreak havoc. In turn every human on that world is basically at the level of a late game anime protagonist. So for them fighting off the monsters and aliens in an epic cinematic battle is just another Tuesday. Well back to our protagonist, he's just your average joe, defeated a few alien invasions, taken out some eldritch horrors, you know the usual. One day he records a battle and uploads it to the internet. He doesn't record it because of how epic it is, remember to him those battles are nothing extraordinary. He films it because the guy fighting forgot to put on pants, which he thinks is hilarious. When he uploads the video though it doesn't go up on the internet of his world, it goes up on the internet of earth, our earth specifically.
