Basically what the title says (translators are in high demand so I don't have much hope but I figured I might as well try it hehe) 1) Your english should be good. For editors, it's fine if it is a little, just a little bit wonky since it can be proofread. 2) You don't have to stick to a schedule(but that depends on the translator). Try to make time for like, two chapters a month? That should be possible. NOT PAID WORK. 3) No experience needed, but appreciated. 4) If you happen to have spare time and can do this but aren't sure which novel to choose or don't have anything in mind you can go here, there's a lot of incompletely translated novels in the comments. 5) Umm, yeah that's all.
