i am really not surprised you have this view. honestly this thread is gonna fall divide people into two categories the jaded/cynical and the optimistic/naive
some kids today . . . use their groins to love . . . ahem . . . well some use their glittering stuff . . . or sometimes ahem that money . . . ahem . . . well even if someone saved a person while being run over by a car or a truck . . . .sometimes that person will ask why did he/she was saved when attempting to suicide . well that can also resultto good stuff . . but sometimes a guy will just say thanks from the bottom of his/her heart then forget . . . how sad. .
Well I can call it lust if it is a man but I don't think it can apply to girls. After all for me woman isn't slutty as to lust a man they only first met. So I guess love at first sight only applies to woman.
hmm maybe its not love but u likes fitur body at he/she appearance like handsome/ beutiful face , guitar spain body /muscle etc etc

There is no such thing as love at first sight. Only boner at first glance and whatever the female equivalent would be actually exist. The ways our instincts tell us to evaluate a potential mate has nothing to do with the complex emotion called love. If it were to be regarded as anything else that would have to be lust not love.
love at first sight? yeah for stuff other than women/girls. if its creatures called women i will first suspicious thinking "she not want to ridicule me right?" even for my gf my first words are insulting her.
I agree .."Love at first sight" thing is just a sugary coat to people who don't know the true meaning about love. The true meaning behind it is just "Lust at first sight" or "Attracted at first sight". It takes time to truly love someone you know.
But what about when you're in between. Slightly suspicious (only because that's a smart thing to be) yet still hopeful?
Love at first sight ahahahahahahahshahaahshahahahaahahahahahahahaaha if you exprience the true love you will know bcause i had a friend and he ask me what is love at first sight then i tell him but he still didnt not understand he only know the other kind of love a lust love thats why a true love at first sight you only know it if you exprience it even if i explain i guess all of you would not believe it just like my friend cause love is only appear 1 or 2 time in life if not in all of your entire life it will never appear ahaha and btw its also a good things if true love doesnt appear in your life cause if you ever fall in love at first sight i will say this two things bliss and disaster ahahahahahaahahhAHAHAHAHAAHAHA

Well, I don't know the answer, but from what I've heard from other people, there are many kinds/flavors of love, so while I haven't experienced it, I think love at first sight should be as valid as any other kind of love, with differences probably, but still a kind of love. So yeah, I believe it probably exists, but I don't think it is common, and is probably hard to tell apart from just physical attraction. I'm both cynical and naive though.
