In a way I think this novel is just beast tamer vs necromancer. Now that he's dual classed as a warrior I think Woojin has the edge. We will see, he's way too under leveled though.
He's nowhere near strong enough to take on a modern army. One missile from a rogue terrorist and his entire defense was eaten up. Of course that'll definitely change but he's nowhere near "oppose the government" level as of yet. I can't wait till he starts having an Undead army outside of dungeons. Going to be insane!
Actually, while i know this would go against his morals, he could decide to go on a killing and reanimation spree, which would keep him safe till the government decided tactical bombing was a better bet and then he would (probably) be screwed. well, woojin's soul armor still isn't max level. the max level he can raise a skill to is based on his level rather then his stats. so that's one of the reasons he needs to gain levels.
I keep wondering what state his clothes are in. He did crash into that street without any active defensive spells after all. Unless he's like Superman, his clothes should have been wrecked. Translating without approval is illegal. Wordpress will remove their sites if reported. That is my guess as to the reason but I might be 100% wrong. On a third party host the same will happen but more is required than random people reporting it.
Wordpress is mainly the creator of a template, rather than a host. They offer free modules to create a website, and their hosting is really more meant for a personal website or blog than for a translation project. There are lots of different hosts that support the Wordpress template. I personally like godaddy for hosting.
