    I saw this tag that I haven't noticed before called tragic protagonist. I've seen attached to many re-incarnation/back in time novels.


    What is the real meaning of this tag?

    It's probably something tragic has happened/will happen to the protagonist
    Tragic genre and/or Tragic past tag makes this one a waste of space

    Like what he said..... Tragedy will or might have happened to MC and it won't be a small one either.... Like mcs love dying off or someone killing someone important in the story which you didn't want to die... Etc etc

    The keyword to make it a "tragic protag" is an 'error of judgement' from the protag.
