thx~ its for children n women welfare so hopefully that rapist got their own taste of medicine by X10 at first i tho rapist only appear on bigger cities then after i do my research there is this place in america that girl at the age of 12/13 mostly got rape n the rapist only jail for 3 month n plus the girl got harsh look while she is the VICTIM

ahh sometimes i just wonder that apocalypse would happen n i got my own power(cheat) then i can establish my empire like in the novel, than the concept of equality n child well being would be first on the list
