what does it mean for a copy to exist?
the original is more valuable than the copy, I guess?
It's all about preferences
or perhaps false things aren't as valuable as the real?
these thoughts used to worry me more, but actually it doesn't bother me as much now that I think about it lately. if anything, I've reached my own acceptance/peace. it is all the same, is it not? XD
Not really. Originality is a fickle things in this world.
*pats @DCLXVI and @villain *
this was something i thought of far in the past
people have masks and roles
the use the masks appropriate for the different situations and people
what about those who always switch around their mask? those that normally would be considered as not having shown their 'real face'? those that are.. fake.
(to be continued)
this is an interesting topic
according to kirei, if there exist a fake that is a perfect copy of an original, which can achieve everything the original can do
in a sense, that fake is better than the original
because it is only fair for the original to be able to achieve it
while the fake can achieve the same thing while also successfully copy the original
i would say that instead of that, the masks are truly who they are. the masks are used to show their inside, what they think, what they feel. you cant discredit that. just as you cant deny that thats simply who they are, their personality, their identity.
i should go back to being a cute little bird...
@DCLXVI esp if the fake started at a point lower or started later than the original, clearly the growth rate thingy is better for the fake~
but its also harder to be the first to achieve something~ both deserve some merits, its a separate category~
but yes, if the fake's objective is to be a copy of the original, they have achieved it. if the original's objective is to be the best, they might not have achieved that yet, as per that, the fake is indeed better.
but you broke my post chain *draws circles*
we practically posted at the same time
let's not use different browser next time
ikr, but this is better at giving an illusion that we're different people, and the waiting time was enough to go to a different browser and post~
