You still tried. I suggest forcing yourself to lay down early for bed, even if you don't want to, maybe around two and wake up by noon, and work backwards like that. Listen to meditation music, breath deep, clear your mind, maybe exercise earlier so you don't have too much energy, even stretching. Avoid caffeine and stimulants, get off electronics 2h before going to bed, doodle, read, etc.
I have no internet in my house because I switched ISP and they coming on monday. Im very bad at doodling but I'll try them thanks i will take 2 hour nap until then. Au revoir señor/señorita
