Yes, sleep is important~ since work takes 9 hrs and everything else is 2 hrs, sleeping is a must for 11-12 hrs. Coz, you know, novels also cut in sleep timings~
Me in vacation: Sleep = more than 13 hours, doing activity in bed (reading, eating, surfing the net) = the remaining hours
