Have fun, hope it turns out great.
you should take a pic after it's done and upload the food porn for us all to judge, Gorden Ramsey style :p
heh. I was referring to his lit twitter criticisms of peoples' photos of food they made though :p Git wif the times grandpaw XD
Are you calling me old? +.+
yea hilarious isn't it? coming from a guy closer to double your age~ but yea git wif the times yo, Ramsey memes have moved on from last year :p
my bad thought you were 18ish? wasn't that in your profile at one point? or am I confusing you with someone?
Definitely I'm 28
my bad. I'm still 2 years older tho :p
@doomeye1337 is 30!?
Good, I'm never turning 30... All my friends are older then me.. and I have kinda made fun of them... I'm going to get it when I turn 30
lol how old did you think I was? :p you're relatively new so you proly didn't come across one of my many posts talking about being 30 now and stuff XD
I just think of @doomeye1337 as this cute and kawaii kyuubey..... >.>
ahh, yea this is my 3rd form thus far on the forum. My 1st form was just a placeholder angry face from Basilisk, 2nd form was an animated drawn cat shaking its butt and balls (that got deleted), and I decided upon kyuubey after rewatching madoka and crying like a little girl
>.> Still mad someone reported u for it..
I like the juxtaposition of cute but disturbing, so kyuubey was my answer after searching for another avatar that fit me
You're going to save me a slice right?
(put extra cheese)
you can try grilling it too!
I put too much sauce because I wanted to finish the leftover crushed tomato sauce from making pasta a couple days ago, >.< but apart from that my first time trying to make crust turned out okay!
...I tend to get too ambitious with pizza toppings, and even though I tried to limit myself, it still came out a bit high. ^^;
that's good to hear!
yeah you don't want to go overboard on the sauce.
less is more and you need to leave some space on the edges too.
Or layer it... Sause cheese toppings, then sause again
i guess that would depend on the thickness of the crust. I prefer thin crust so I don't usually pile on the sauce and toppings. just a single layer.
Have you tried using pesto as sauce? its pretty good with prosciutto and mozzarella. then grill.
you have to grill the crust first on both sides then add the sauce> topping> then grill
Do you make your own crust?
I don't have a grill, but it sounds really interesting and fancy!
I cheat alot if I'm lazy to make my own crust... Panini bread, or flat bread works well on a grill for pizza
If Im lazy, I just get the dough from Trader Joe's or at the italian deli nearby. But if Im feeling inspired, my go to pizza dough recipe is from Tyler Florence.
