no it hasnt digested yet. Its just rolling around in my tummy making me too full. I'm halfway ready for it to come back up. (More so when laying down on my tummy)
I heard it's not good to move a lot when you're waiting for food to digest since the body would exert less energy in digesting
No i ate normal foods. Cuz i was sick all i had for the past few days was porridge. So i was too excited about eating solids....
