I didn't read MW and TMW because I never understood the relation between them, and never care that much to actually look for it, but now I'm bored so it's good? are both related, should I read them, Which one?

800 chapters are like 4 days of reading aprox

You can read tmw just fine without even reading mw first...

So TMW is quite the peculiar matter, I haven't read MW, so I couldn't tell. But TMW will get you hooked the first 200 chapters (first day for your). After that the next 200 chapters (second day for you) will make you drop it.
The rest until chapter 800 (next 2 days) will make you pick it up again.

It's a perfect example of up and downs for me.

The novel is like a sinus curve continually delivering highs and lows.
