If it is work stress, is there any way of halting it and taking some time off?
Have you been in-taking enough sugar, not having enough can make you feel a bit like that - I think...don't quote me on that.

Make sure that you do get plenty of rest, though. Your health should come before any work. Don't forget that.

Fair enough, but again, too many nights with not enough sleep can be detrimental to the efficiency of the brain, so do make sure to take some breaks every now and then.

Why not halt some of the unnecessary things for now, like the translating, and trying something else that you'd like to do? Or if you enjoy doing the TLs (without feeling melancholy during them), change up something else. But maybe your liking of melancholy things is the source.
I enjoy TL-ing, it's just that these days I've been busy with work, so I didn't get to do a bunch of things I promised RI fans. Or time to play Dota >_>
And the funny thing is when I'm stressed by a lot of work, I go and procrastinate because I'm unable to face reality for a few hours lol.
I'd rather that you didn't let your commitment to your hobby turn it into another job. Just do what you want to do, play some dota with friends or go fishing or anything, and then get back to your "duties" when they're no longer duties.
As long as they're not full of tragedy, sure... you need to spend more than a quarter of an hour enjoying yourself, though. That was barely a pit-stop, only enough to get you to taste relaxation.
