Cold-brewed coffee is like iced coffee’s cooler sibling. They’re made of the same stuff, but one’s a little more “in”—and one’s well-known and loved, but a bit passé. Dare we say it: Cold brew is the summer beverage—caffeinated and cold, two adjectives you and your money can get behind.
The main difference between cold brew and iced coffee involves temperature. That is, cold brew is brewed cold and never heated, while iced coffee is normal coffee that’s then cooled down. For more detail on how this affects taste, concentration, and all that coffee jazz.
my friend told me, that the barista said that cold brew would need several hours to be made, because they don't heat it up and it needs to drip down slowly (or something like that, I'm not so sure anymore) and it should have more caffein than normal coffee (which I believe, because my friend, a coffee-addict, feels it more than usual and I, a non-coffe-drinker, get dizzy due to too much caffein)
I've read somewhere that you'll need more coffe, if you usually drink much
Well, I don't drink coffe, because it doesn't work on me (I still feel sleepy), the only thing that I feel after drinking coffe is a stomach ache and sometimes a slight seizure xD
