Welp i am playing with words to make sense mostly but not to confident on how much of the true meaning is kept

Another thing: 子役 = child actor

そう is complicated. When used by itself, (basically the first word in a sentence, followed by a comma) it translates to "Yes."

when used with "sou desu" + particle in a short sentence, http://www.punipunijapan.com/japanese-phrases-sou-desu/

and when it it's anywhere else, it should be "it seems" or "it's like"
