but according to Munpia's raw their 86 matches up with 75 at Munpia

i believe you just need to mention this at the chapter's page header. afterall, the reading list tracks new release, not chapter number. so even tho yours is numbered lower, it will still show as new release in ppl's reading list

my suggestion is that you put up a notice in 'your' chapter 76 once, and then put it up again when it reached 'your' version of 87 with link back to the 76

I did that. I am saying
the former translator has translated up to 86
If I start from 76, it appears that I am retranslating when I am not

At the top of 76, "hey, this is where the other guy left off. They numbered their chapters differently." and at the top of 87, "hey, if you're coming from the other guy's translations, you're looking for my chapter 76"
