@Skullie Yun-chan basically saying his dad drop the key of the motorcycle along with the legal paper that shows your ownership and your Obligation to pay the road tax of that vehicle.

So in short, @Yunchii dad is basically giving the thief everything they need to make the motorcycle legally theirs
