I realized my thoughts long ago as well but my negative characteristics would in the end make me manipulate those people to my own ends. I hurt others intentionally or unintentionally, it's what will always happen. I'm incapable of not hurting others just like how I inevitably destroy most things around me.

You know what is shortcomings, right? And you know that it hurts people? Why not change? Change for the better. Not for anyone. But for yourself.

If you don't love yourself how in the hell are you gonna love somebody else.

I hate myself. Like I have lots of things I regret but you learn to live with the past and live in the moment. All you need is a little time and a whole lot of patience and understanding.

I find that it helps to do time blocking and keep yourself in check with a regular schedule and plan. It helps on bad days to be structured af.

Anime is anime, you can always re-watch it in the end.

Meh, it doesn't really matter. I've just released all my thoughts regarding the matter.

I think that keeping a journal for daily progress is good. My entries consist of small wins like: I passed by a store but did not spend money.

I learned that there may be parts of ourselves, past or whatever that we hate but we can't just block them off and pretend we're not there. Even when they aren't part of who we want to become. We just have to try everyday to learn to love the entirety of our beings. Does that make sense or smthn bc I'm not sure. I hope?
