Hmmmm, I guess I went into rage mode at least twice in my life... once in high school and the other in middle school... maybe once on a bus. But honestly, I've always had that control to where I wouldn't seriously hurt anyone nor myself, it's always aware, having stopped it always at the brink even during and after it breaks free. I guess I have to much discipline that I'm sick of it.

Take time off, I've done meh. Did you know I only awoke, ate, and slept a whole summer and the saying goes too much sleep makes one go crazy meh. I've also listened to music that same summer as well meh. I've always avoided contact with the outside world once I had to much of it meh. My inner calmness is a wave that disrupts all created by my lazyness and discipline meh.

Go for a few karaoke sessions. Let your pent-up emotions out in a burst of shouting and music. I'm told that singing can have a very calming effect.

One can easily identify where the location of the pain in the head is... usually because of the pangs of pain that echo throughout.... The area behind my mouth near my spine, inside the back of my head is where it hurts.

Honestly... I don't really know if that sigh was of resignation or relief. All I can say is that it's possibly both
