@Shem it's the problem with sho-ai manga, nothing really specified but it's heavily implied :/
If you want yaoi tho, the only ones jumping to mind are Bagjwi Sayug, Kohitsuji Project, and Hana to Junketsu

I recommend Blood Honey, Radical Blood Monster, n maybe Red Beryl ni Sayonara (new! and I like the artist!)

And Vassalord (in case no one knows about it)

Does it have to be BL? Otherwise I recommend Vampire Juujikai one of the best vampire mangas.
