Or you'll faint. I almost fainted in the bathroom yesterday bec of low blood :x

I don't think I'm gonna faint cause of low blood because I have high blood pressure. When I sleep before 1am I always wake up within 3 hours and can't fall asleep again. So I don't get a lot of sleep

But lack of sleep can get you a low blood/anemia
