ty though i feel a lot better just cant put pressure on the thumb and ill be fine, as for my ankle i just put it into a hot tub for a while then wrapped it and it felt a lot better

@akki grabbed something too tightly at a bad spot while falling on ice (a blunt edge that put all pressure on said thumb) [same ice that hurt said ankle]
