Knowing the reason you fail will give you more determination and motivation to change the causes for your failure and turn it into success

well, that becuz someone not appreciated my work hard which should be qualified enough and deemed as a failure and somewhat wont accept my work anymore. when i want to change the peron with another, the top person not allowed me to. these things make me frustrated for months.
