Go to the novel updates mainpage then go to click on the tab and find user profile. There should be a button below on the page that says ‘report problem’.
also, wordpress-based sites are auto-picked up by the bots. by the time you manually submit your chapters, the bots already went to your site and pick it up. hence whatever you submitted were rejected as it counts as duplicate.
the bot reads your rss feed and saw the 'Part X' so it adds it along the chapter number. what you should do is spell the number instead. example: part One
