    *LOLS* OKay, from your NU home page, click on Forum (right hand side screen), In NOVELS UPDATE FORUM select a Thread, in this example I will select GENERAL CHAT, then under the search you will find the POST NEW THREAD button. Easier than it sounds really.

    There is blue rectangle with the words POST NEW THREAD on it. You should find it on the upper right hand side of your screen, under the search box /icon.
