Well, the basic course would be trying to make a narrative base novel where you forego dialogues first and develop the concept.

Next, slowly add dialogues and make certain scenes more humanlike. Finally, develop certain expressions like the MC is smiling or the heroine is sad.

Its fine if the grammar is sht at first. Develop every concept and arrange them into understandable words later.
