First you peel the outer layer, cut into smaller square and boil. Condiment boiling water as desired. Once soft enough for a fork to go through without any trouble, drain the water and then add milk and butter. Afterwaters, mash everything and mix well while it’s still warm. Careful with the milk, or it will come out watery~
