Hmm, might be a difference between countries?? In america, whenever I’ve worked with cement, it was just mixing water and cement powder.

I remember cuz whenever u have to build or reboque something here people buy sand and dirt with little rocks. Maybe the cement you know is diferent and doesnt need sand

Hmm, it might be a difference in cement powder products between Argentina and the United States, or then things I’ve been helping with just didn’t need that much to it. I’d wager it’s just a difference in product~
