......my brother named his newborn child with the same name, and called him the third. I think someone said he literally put Roman Numerals on the fill out sheet, also our father had a different middle name than him so I'm not even sure that was going to work out.

Actually, one of my friend's father also gave my friend his own name. Though he called my friend the second. We tease him quite a bit because of this.
