Long answer: Due to the tax breaks characteristic of frontier lands, especially towns related to and the cultivation villages themselves, the trade boom has caused a price hike, due to merchants whobuy cheap and resell nearer the capital. As a result of the demon war, the inns have emptied, requiring an even higher price increase, as they try to sustain their livelihood.
