If you go back to majula, hug the left wall when going to Heide's Tower of Flame there is the champion’s covenant. It makes enemies resplendent always BUT enemies are tougher and do more damage and you can no longer summon people to help you.
No, unless you want to make a fist weapon build it’s almost useless, I like being in the sanguine covenant (Darkwraith) because they have the better 1v1 arena compared to blues.
I will say that before you stop playing you should find the secret Dark covenant for one of the best bosses in the game (my opinion)
No, the secret boss is called Darklurker. It’s like a prototype Dancer boss. And the champion covenant is related to fist builds because, at max rank, you get a ring that buffs fist damage. IIRC one of the first speed runs on an optional dragon boss was using a hypermode (red tear stone ring activation) build with fists and beat it in like 2 min as opposed to the 5-8 min boss fight
You know, I just found out you get no sin for leaving a covenant, and I think fist-builds are nice and challenging, but by the gods why did DSR not fix the aiming on the bows.
