I do understand that some strays are sick and misbehave but seriously? If I want a really friendly cat, all i need to do is travel to a buddha temple.....literally.

Because parents think strays are unhygienic and may spread illness

We'll in general I can't own a pet since my entire families allergic to most pets.

@Effugium most strays are even cleaner and healthier than pet store cats tho. More or less, they don’t even need shots due to being partly resistance against most disease

I want a pet tho ... first world problems.

Then find an apartment to live alone or sth then get a pet~?

I do understand in case they want one of the more rare races of cat~
After all they are cool~

But even strays can be really gentle and cuddly~
All the 3 cats I have had were strays and all of them were really cute and caring~
