Actually it was not literally the poop it self. Because the one that got digested are just the meat of the coffee fruit. Dunno how it work, but the undigested seed/coffee bean are got fermented.

Read the wiki before it gets fermented/ refined in the cats stomach, it's kinda interesting but yeah I wouldn't drink it
