Stealth op and sleping in the cellar under the stairs is the safest place when one can't be out during the day and can't be seen

He mentioned Harry Potter because Harry used to sleep under the stairs before he came to Hogwarts

well poor HP then but ODST's go feet first into hell so he can keep his pitty

Harry was an orphan who got his parent killed by an evil person who continue to hunt him down after that and was mistreated by most people around him

uh huh and ODST's are dropped from orbit behind enemylines with missions to assassinate, or capture high value targets, or destroy enemy supply lines and bases.

1 in 5 ODST's are unlucky in that they get either taken out by anti air fire, or the descent support units of their pod fails so they crash into the ground digging their own grave.
