Hm. I just wanted to say that at least you got presents. I got one, too. From my imaginary gf. Oh, and what a present it was... *sighh* good times. We broke up, btw. I'm with Cadena, from Maplestory, nowadays.
95% of the snark stems from blowing virtually all the money I had to get a laptop to replace my broken one to instead get a piece of garbage that was also broken. Sarcasm like what presents come from the fact that I am broke, without a computer and too far away from friends and family to see them on my birthday to hang out like I would normally do

Yeah they do but the return shipping is going to take another day or two followed by at least three to five days for a refund. And apparently Newegg customer service is garbage right now so I don't want to just swap it around and instead get something from someone else
Wait. Where did you even buy it from? Also, why did you need a new laptop? Gaming or casual use? Cuz if casual, buy a used one. You'll get one for... like 100e that's actually very decent.
I bought the laptop through Newegg. I am buying a computer that I can use for both my gaming habits and school stuff, so lots of CAD programs that eat memory for breakfast. My old laptops battery died died and other parts were also dying after 3 years of heavy use and abuse
They used to be one of the leading online sellers for brand name computer equipment. Apparently within the last couple of months they have been going down hill. I wasn't aware that things had gone in that direction since for years my friends have been using their site for their needs
