Exit isn't a man anymore, so watch your wording.
These man cards are his ability or his gender essentially, Exit is not allowed to refer to itself as a man or be a man anymore, even though he still has the male's genitals I assume.

To simplify it, Exit is no longer a man due to having its Man Card revoked. At the same time, it can not be a girl as Exit still has its family jewels for a guy.

It was revoked quite a while ago. Just think of the "card" as his gender identity.

So, he personally identifies himself as a door, or has that label been stuck onto him by someone else?
